Keith H. Burgess 
Mr. Keith H. Burgess serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of
the
Dollicia F. Holloway Memorial Foundation.
In this capacity, Mr. Burgess  provide assistance to creating positive youth development programs
through the implementation 
of Financial Literacy workshops and classes,
as well as serving as  an Advocate against Domestic Violence.

Mr. Burgess served as a Financial Literacy Consultant with
the Economic Opportunities Commission of Nassau County, Inc.
While in attendance, he created and implemented the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance(VITA) Program,
which allowed income​eligible clients to file Federal and State Income Tax at no cost.
Simultaneously, he developed the Learn and Earn Assistance Program(Project LEAP), a youth mentoring/job readiness program which helped High School students learn about and understand
the importance of Financial Literacy
(savings, budgeting, credit, identity theft, insurance)
as well as preparing to enter into the workforce after graduation.

Mr. Burgess is actively involved with the Nassau County Coalition against Domestic Violence Awareness.

In 2010, Mr. Burgess was awarded by the Internal Revenue Service for outstanding public service contributed to Nassau County through VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance). In addition, he was recognized for his outstanding public service for SPEC (Stakeholder Partnerships, Education and Communication) and TCE (Tax Counseling Elderly) Programs. Mr. Burgess is a member of Cambridge "Who's Who Registry of Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs."  He previously served as  Board Secretary for the African American Chamber of Commerce in January 2014. Mr. Burgess was  selected as a recipient for the Long Island Business News 50 Around 50  awards, as well as being featured in   The "Executive Suite" section of the Long Island Newsday newspaper. ​
